I have watched the play numerous times..... it was an unnecessary block by a Ford as well. Just a dumb overall play by him in an absolutely crucial down and aspect of the game. Several analysts said it wasn’t forcible contact and shouldn’t be called. The problem is when a foul can’t be called as black and white this is what you get, called sometimes ignored others. It really makes the NFL look bad in certain situations. Such as the kick off fumble that got overruled with supposed common sense. By that thought this should have been rescinded also...
