If you weren't a deeply stupid person, you'd know why the answer to that question is important to this (non) story. And if you weren't a giant asshat, you'd realize this topic was already being covered in the impeachment thread. But rather than acknowledge that, you start a new thread cluttering up the board. Why? Indeed - Trump is the ultimate decider so the fact he is asking someone as crooked as Parnas/Fruman to take out Yavonovitch is damning - that's part of the point.
