How does Green not hit the market?  He wont get the franchise tag and doesnt want to be a Bengal.

Actually all he’s said is he wants to stay in Cincinnati and the team has stated they’ll use the franchise tag. It’s not a direct quote, but when it came u about being tagged, green said he doesn’t want to play on a one year contract,  it isn’t someone to turn down $18M

absolutely. Green wants to stay for several reasons. However, Brown is notoriously cheap and money may change his mind. The tag money is going to tempt anyone in his position though.

I’d rather get an established WR1 in free agency or just try and draft one. Not saying Perriman wouldn’t help, it seems like he’s improved but idk how exactly he’s different from john brown (not that 2 john browns is a bad thing mind you.)

He is 4 inches taller, 30 lbs heavier, and believe it or not he is also faster than Brown.

talking in terms of production/role on team, not physical traits. Perriman may be turning a corner coming off his late season in Tampa; I’m not convinced yet. But yeah, physically he’s got the tools to be a WR1, that’s why he was drafted so high.
