Saw a response that said he didn't look, he stared it down and the sun blinked first!

The guy eats well done steaks as well as burgers and fries every day.  If he can survive that and survive staying at the sun, chances are that he'll outlive all of us.

It took a while for Italy's stats to start dropping and I'm not certain (you could confirm) that the measures were nearly as strict as in Italy.

We just hit 1300 cases here and we've been shutdown for close to 10 days.

Italy stats yesterday cases and deaths went up. Today only like 50 - 60 less deaths but still lots of cases.

Today

Yesterday

Couple days ago was less.

The trends for the rest of this week will be huge to see the direction of the spread.

Friday marks the 2-week anniversary of NY getting more serious, as March 13 was the last day where NYC was still fully open for business & contact (even though many people started staying away midweek)

It's logical that NY cases grew at a high rate leading up to this week (New Rochelle patient was diagnosed in early March), and if you subscribe to Leavitt's prognostication, the rates should start falling after Saturday.  The absolute numbers should still be high given the base, but growth should slow as well as the death rate.

Keeping fingers crossed.

Hope so but not sure on that. Fingers crossed as well for good things. Numbers went down little bit  today cause of social distancing. I think it's helping right now that's Andrew Cuomo said in press conference. But not sure if go back way up tomorrow or still goes down.

The theory is that you don't need full lock downs - just have people practice common sense anti-viral hygiene.

She wouldn't have been so racist as to shut down travel from China, that's for sure.

I'm also guessing 100% of supply chain would still be in China too.

But, she'd be better.    No doubt about it.

Amazon ramps up cleaning and sends home exposed employees as coronavirus spreads to 10 warehouses

AMAZON has reportedly ramped up cleaning measures and sent exposed workers home after the killer coronavirus spread to ten of its warehouses.

COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the company's tenth storehouse this week, infecting employees who are scrambling to deliver goods to millions of locked down Americans, reports say.

Dayum.  Now we can't even stay at home and order online to stay away from the virus.

Was that the news that started the markets back down at the end of the day?

My guess (just a guess) would be that the Senate is still futzing around with the coronavirus economic bill, and it is not quite as "done" as advertised.

Good job. True addition by subtraction. Stay safe, and maybe take an online course on how to exercise independent thought so you don't waste more time posting stuff that has been repeatedly disproven!

What an ass whoopin.  Good on ya ID.  Hahaha.
