It should scare everyone if what should be a medical decision becomes a political decision, no matter the political leaning, but it’s not working that way today in America and that's because a segment of the population believes more in rantings than science.

Sweet! Another whistleblower! This is a sure sign that the story has run its course. People who are busy fighting a pandemic don’t have time to be blowing whistles. We’ll soon need the Defense Appropriations Act to authorize the production of whistles!

Right on cue. However, did he consult with Schiff first before blowing the whistle?

What a story! You're uncomfortable. Say no and think of the power you have over the steely-eyed woman and the taser-men. You're like a superhero. You're No-man!

No need to make it personal Sport.  I'm a citizen, just like you are.  I'm not interested in power over anyone, I'm primarily interested in making decisions that are in the best interest of myself and my family. I'm not threatening anyone with violence, I'm not hunkering down and claiming "they're out to get me", I'm just minding my business and living my life.   I support your right to voluntarily comply with the seemingly compulsory program, why mock me for exercising my rights?

I simply questioned the implementation of the program as is, the "random" nature of the program based on your reply on the subject at hand, and people showing up at my door under false pretenses, with uniformed individuals giving a decidedly authoritarian vibe to it.

@Joe in Winslow would like you to elaborate on the icy woman with steely eyes.  Is she a redhead?  Doe she have steely knives to match her steely eyes?  Does she Skype?

She's strawberry blonde, that's how they get ya.

I never said she wasn't breathtakingly beautiful and that for a moment I get tongue-tied and consider submission like @shoshin. And, do I consider what's going on under the exquisitely tailored European (obviously) suit?  Yes, I do. Sue me.

I'm just a man, dammit.

No, that's a comment on left wing policies. A better reference would be you screaming about anyone that supports Trump must be stupid or evil

Please explain how that's different than just calling me Commie.

I already did.

The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers.

So you care more for criminals  than the elderly?  They're  all bodies for Gatror to laugh over.
