AI and advanced technologies in the NFL

Recommended Posts

Just received an alert for tech news from the CES happening now in Las Vegas.

The implications of Sony's accomplishments make the sky the limit in terms of NFL broadcasting and the future of real time analytics.

Sony has successfully broadcast NFL games wirelessly from cameras on a 5g network as well as successfully created advanced AI software to analyze in real time many different factors of sports performance.

My guess is these things are sure to be injected more and more into the broadcasting of NFL games.

Question....

Would you subscribe to an NFL package that would allow you to see the game in VR from the perspective of your favorite player in first person?

A game winning drive in high definition virtual reality through the eyes of the Qb?   A game winning Int through the eyes of a CB?  A game breaking run from a running back?

These things seem to be getting closer and closer to reality.

I for one welcome it and would absolutely subscribe to such a service.   It would fundamentally change the way fans would interact with their favorite teams and players.

The future is wonderful.

Thoughts?

I guess drinking beer through a straw would become the new norm in that scenario.

And I believe that old woman was watching a porno in that clip...lmao

Nope, she was watching three people miss a block and the Texans defender come through to knock the snot out of her/Josh/whatever.
