apuszczalowski Posted January 8, 2020 Share Posted January 8, 2020 It's pretty rediculous that they would even have to worry about this. They give everyone 150 chances to play (at $20 a play). If 2 people want to pool together and play 300 separate plays, why should this be an issue? Are the lotteries going to start throwing this in for the jackpots and disqualify people who play as groups? What about all the people that lost but did the same things? Shouldn't they also be investigated for this too? I assume if there were no limits on the number of entries, sophisticated analytics could provide a significant advantage in daily fantasy. I assume that's what the rule is about and any such rules limiting participation always are based on a 'household' rule rather than individual. Not to mention, they are free to make whatever rules they want....consumers are free to not use their service. So yeah, they pretty clearly cheated.
