Props to McDermott and Beane for changing the culture

Zero chance any of the Bills teams of the last 19 years win those nationally televised road games in Dallas and Pittsburgh.  Say what you will about his conservative nature, but McDermott has done a hell of a job of bringing this team together on and off the field.  These are tough dudes top to bottom.  Nobody will want to draw the Bills in the postseason.

He is an excellent leader and an excellent coach. Anyone who doesn't see the brilliance of the job he has done here is not looking.

Before McDermott Buffalo had spent 15 year finding ways to lose. Now they find ways to win. That is about more than Xs and Os or playcalling. It is about culture. It is about the environment they have created in the building. Great job.

Built right with good coaches and management. Its awesome to have this team clinched for a playoff game and not a top 15 draft pick.

Lets go Bills!

I will trade some tepid play calling, annoying clapping and a few blown challenge calls for a winning culture all day long.  Great job McD & Co.!

Some of the "look at the formation" time outs could go do. The process is becoming the standard!

For those who deny that McDermott and Beane are a huge reason for the Bills turnaround either have an agenda or know very little about football.

Well quite a few here are crediting Pegula. McBeane is who deserves 100% of the credit.

That's certainly a useful tactic in the first half if you weren't going to use them otherwise.

The number one reason the Bills are going to the playoffs is  a soft schedule.

They were supposed to run over the Steelers with the third 3rd string undrafted

QB. Yes McDermott is a outstanding Defensive Coach, bur not a lot of smarts

on the Offensive side. Same as most head coaches whose expertise lies on

one side of the ball.

The number one reason the Bills are going to the playoff is because they won the games they were expected to win.

A soft schedule doesn't mean jack if you lose easy games. You watched the Rams dismantle the Seahawks last week. You watch the Cowboys dismantle the Rams today. You watch the Bills dismantle the Cowboys on Thanksgiving. I know it's hard to enjoy yourself because Bills fans are conditioned to expect to suck, but how in the holy hell do you watch your team win a big national game like this, and your first thought is "Well, it was a soft schedule."?
