49ers at Saints

Recommended Posts

Obviously there are some MASSIVE games this weekend. I figured at some point there will he threads on these games so I’m starting one. Also, I saw this tweet and found it HILARIOUS:

Imagine traveling 2,275 miles to watch a game at Dave & Busters!! This is the type of lunacy that may cause me to find a new team. Thank God I never have to worry about that with the Bills.

Which is also sad at the same time.. I saw tickets for $33 for the Ravens game a few days ago.

Tickets to get in the building are about 170 each, don't seem that outrageous.

Seriously. Nice sentiment by New Orleans but other teams fans will always find a way into the game. If you have money to fly to NO and afford a hotel room you also have figured out a ticket or will pay for one.

One of my buddies is a huge NO fan and we went to the Bills game there back in 2014. NO fans were so nice to me. Now I have also been to an Atl game against NO. Different story totally. Maybe some of the old guard Saints fans are still bitter at the 49’ers from years of abuse in the NFC West.

Just to be clear, this is a party that 49er fans are throwing for 49er fans that came to the game. You’d think if you came all of this way you wouldn’t back out over a couple hundred for a ticket. If I’m going on the road, I’m going to the game. This is such a weak move by SF fans.

So weak. And there is such better places to watch a game in NO. Hell, I never did understand going to someplace like Dave and Busters just to be around more people who like your team. Give me a cool local spot with a couple friends if I couldn’t get into the game. Do the tailgate, party the night before on Bourbon Street and the Quarter and then during the game go back down to the Quarter and watch the game some place. If you mind your manners, Saints fans won’t fight ya. the knucklehead Bills fans we had in our section years ago only pissed the Saints fans off after three quarters of profanity and asking for Brees to get hurt. Even I asked them to shut up. Ha.
