Still, I would put him up there with Papa John, JLP, Edwin Jobson, and the dude from ELO as far as rock/jazz violinists go. There was one chick though that tore up out of the blue, can't remember her name. Edit: bad on me, I left out Don "sugarcane" Harris... that dude could tear a violin in half and make it still sound good.
