Video the ball is just inside the 15, when it should have been placed more on the 14. Per YAHOO! SPORTS, Play Log, on 2 and 8 from Dallas 49, Prescott completed a 22 yard pass to Harmon. New England was penalized an additional 15 yards for Roughing the Passer. The pass plus penalty would have put the ball on 14 meaning the first down marker should have been the 4 yard line. Ha! So the cheats gained an advantage from it after all! Tbh, I didn't look at the circumstances around it, it just looked especially dubious, and the Cheaters were at home...
