Quote

RB Terry Miller, 7-TD rookie season in 1978

What happened: Miller ran for 1,060 yards and seven touchdowns as a rookie in 1978, averaging 4.5 yards per carry as a 16-game starter for Buffalo. His performance ranks 27th in Bills history for rushing yards in a single season.

The aftermath: Miller had just 484 yards and a single score in 16 games the next season before being phased out of the Bills' offense completely in 1980, when rookie Joe Cribbs took over as the team's starting back. -- Marcel Louis-JacquesQ

I don’t remember him, but I would add Karlos Williams

I think that would be the first time Karlos was described as a one hit anything. Weed, women, trips to the buffet...

If you scroll down the linked article you'll find another ex-Bill: QB Rob Johnson for Jacksonville.

Terry Miller had a short stint in the USFL after his NFL days and eventually ended up in prison, sentenced to 2 years. I couldn't find anything about what he is currently doing, he's 63 now.   https://oklahoman.com/article/2667607/terry-miller-sentenced-for-bank-fraud

Before my time. Karlos comes to mind, also Ryan Fitzpatrick, but I’m not sure he would count.. we were just the first to get the wool pulled over our eyes.

No, the Bills were the first and only to team to "get the wool pulled over our eyes" because Wilson and Brandon were in a hurry to sign him before he "exploded" and would have been more expensive.   Well, Fitzy exploded all right, just not the way that Wilson and Brandon thought he would.

The other teams that signed Fitzy knew what they were getting but felt he was worth it.  I'm sure that's how the Fins and their fans feel.
