wants to see points scored every time we have the ball, whether TDs or FGS,  wants to be a a big physical team.

still believes in Josh, way too many penalties, pre-snap penalties are inexcusable

The offense is such a cluster f___. Unfortunately I don't ever see it getting better under McDermott. He has no idea what a good offensive coordinator looks like. 0 for 2. You don't get a third choice.

Better get ready for him to choose number 3, because he and Beane will get their entire contract here.  I am sure of it.

how can he say stuff like this and then during gameday coach like prime Jauron

that last drive was embarrassing. wasting 10 secs off the clock THEN deciding to huddle as if we are settling for a 50+ yard field goal instead of pushing further downfield. Mcdermott has a lot of problems to fix otherwise he is looking at finishing 8-8 after starting 6-2.

While you may be right, a QB, also, can either be an OC killer or make the OC look like the smartest person in the building.

If you think McDermott is getting fired you truly are clueless.

When the Bills drove down the field for their touchdown, I joked with everyone in the room that Dabol must have realized that there was a backside to his weekly play sheet.  Then, we went right back to the boring offense that has become our calling card.

If we don't make the playoffs this year or in 2020, I doubt McDermott goes into 2021 has a lame duck coach. Beane might get to pick a coach to save his job.

I think Daboll should be out. If McDermott can't even correct some of the basic play calling concepts (run here on 3rd and 3, don't try to throw a 50 yard bomb) then he's going to have to find someone that he can trust to run that side of the ball. He shouldn't be trusting Daboll any more. The screaming at the franchise QB thing had me irked at the beginning of the year and I think it was coming from a man desperate to somehow prove he belongs in the NFL. He doesn't. Everyone is starting to see it. You can only make excuses for so long. He calls plays thinking if it works he looks like a genius, instead of just trying to get the first down. He would rather be revered than successful.

Go get Joe Brady from LSU as your OC for next year. Pay the man a ton and know that he will probably be a HC by 2022, if everything goes right. Brady is a William and Mary’s Grad like McDermott. It will take some different thinking for Sean.  We need a young OC who can relate and coach Josh. Daboll isn’t the guy. Sean is going to have to learn the offensive side of the  ball and game management to be successful as a HC. A young enthusiastic OC just might be what Sean needs. Leslie can handle a lot of the D day to day work.

why not call a timeout there? it was obvious we were too far and needed that 1st down.

also why did McD call a timeout on the previous Browns drive, right before we gave up the game winning play to Laundry. his clock management skills are an absolute joke

I like this. I admittedly know little about him. But I’m intrigued.
