The timing of Hauschka’s extension was always suspect to me. Why not wait until you see him this season. If McD was playing for the tie, the least he could’ve done was make sure he was on the kickers preferred hash. Especially knowing we took a timeout to the locker room with us. However, they didn’t have to do that. Could’ve run on 3rd down to the correct hash, then burn it. Who knows, maybe you pick up 3-4 yards and make for a shorter attempt.
