I don't think that the church embraces Pelosi and Andrew Cuomo but maybe they could go to outright denouncing them but then that might invite a heavy counter response that the churches may not survive.  The churches are already under serious pressure as it is that threaten their survival.

Not to take this discussion sideways, but Christianity aside...'the church' is every bit as screwed up as the government.

Christianity is not a complicated thing. But it is made complicated by people who call themselves -- and are seen as -- Christians. There are a lot of "Christian voices" (i.e. Jen Hatmaker) who have many followers, but who -- over the past few years -- have suddenly decided God and His Word are probably wrong on a couple of things. One popular guy (name escapes me right now), who still considered himself a Christian, explained that he has different views on gay marriage because Christ's view on marriage only being between a man and a woman was simply something he read in "some letters written 2000 years ago." It didn't fit his belief, so instead of deciding he was not a Christian, he decided to become his own kind of Christian.

So it's no surprised there is a church for Nancy. And their is a church for Cuomo. I'm sure there is a church there for Biden since he was refused communion by his pastor, which was admirable, but even when you look up that story, "Snopes" explains that while the priest said he did,  the Biden campaign would not comment, so it is considered "unproven."

Fiscally: conservative
Socially: depends on the issue

I largely agree with the OP (nice job, BTW!)

Immigration

Don't like our immigration laws? Vote to change them, then follow those laws. Till then? Follow our freaking laws – as in all of them – not just those that are politically expedient.

Abortion

Seems to be a hot-button topic for Christians and Catholics, of which I am neither. I – I just don’t care. Do what you want. Spare me the details, please. (Don't ask, don't tell?)

Marijuana

Legalize nationally for recreational use. Tax the crap out of it. If you want to smoke, vape, etc. – go for it. That’s your choice. But don’t blame businesses that refuse to employ you if your choice goes against their policy. That's their choice.

Reparations
Egypt and Germany owe me and my people a ****load of money!!! As soon as those checks clear, I'll send mine!  Ridiculous. I’m a first-generation American. Why should I have to pay? Why should my Green Card-holding Asian wife? Don't ****ing punish us for something our ancestors never did.

Would I vote for a Democrat?
Democrat? Yes. Socialist? Never. Put forth a candidate who hasn’t hijacked the loony express and I’ll gladly listen to what he or she has to say. That person doesn’t (yet) exist in the field.

Edit: Term Limits
**** yes. Yesterday.

A popular (and correct) refrain among conservative and libertarians is that the Constitution was designed to be a cage on the Federal Government, carefully enumerating it's very limited powers, restricting what it is allowed to do, in order to maximize and preserve the liberty of a free people.

However I would argue that, given the mountains of evidence compiled over more than two centuries, that it does not work as intended, and rather than serve as a bulwark against government intrusion; it's intended purpose has now been flipped on it's head, as it is used by the Federal Government as a permissive guide towards the usurpation of power and the oppression of it's people.

The Constitution has objectively failed in it's stated goals, and as such the government it chartered is no more.

The government in it's current form should be abolished.

In it's place should be erected a bare-bones minarchial structure serving no purpose other than the enforcement of private contracts, the protection of national borders, and enforcement of laws requiring that the states/territories/municipalities within uphold the natural rights of the people living within their borders; and it should be funded through voluntarism.  Free banking with no designated state currency should be the order of the day.

Registered Democrat, socially in the middle and fiscally conservative.

I believe in the 2nd amendment. I'm against abortion. I have no problem helping people who really need assistance. I'm really not for or against gay marriage. I consider it none of my business.

I believe in America first. I think the democratic party is corrupt at the top. They need to go and let more moderate Democrats take charge.

I would agree.  Except I haven't flipped.  It's not up to me to decide "who needs assistance." I don't hate like that.  I consider that none of my business.

Fiscally more conservative... But indifferent to money.  Easiest thing in the world to make or let go of.  That's most certainly NOT the source of my attachment.  Money, taxes, etc... Sorry if I believe it shouldn't be your's either.  It's the root of all evil.  I am pro-Christian... But not over the top whacked out religiously.
