I was shocked since that was a huge departure for them to offer such a huge contract. They saw that he would play for a better team. I am not shedding a tear for thay guy he gave half the effort here he gave for them. Not sure if it is the Pats advantage or Belichick really did improve Gilmore's play. Gilmore was decent to good in Buffalo, but excellent in NE. That plus the excusing his game against the Bills saying he was already suffering from Mono is bound to of annoyed plenty of people on here.
