Yes, that is the case.

Still, an interesting move since we signed Nick Easley to the P-Squad.

One could speculate that Robert Foster is still not a 100% guarantee of finishing the season on the 53 with the Bills.

6'3" 4.5 speed.  Not a giant and not a burner, but enough size to be physical and enough speed to go deep.

And from his highlights, looks like he has good hands and knows how to high point the ball.

Duke was called up. So that left an open spot, right?

They signed Duke and Perry to the active roster so they had two PS openings.  One went to Wyatt Ray (DE) the other to Jordan Veasy (WR).

Looks like they also bumped Byron Marshall off the PS...meaning one PS opening remains?

They won't give up on him, but he might be put in IR if the groin injury won't heal.  Sometimes it is that bad....might even need a surgical fix.?

I kind of disagree about high pointing the ball. I did see a couple that he went up and got,  but imo, he jumped up only to catch it with his body. I seen one pass in the endzone where he jumped and caught it around his stomach area,  but I believe he did that to box out the defender, which is a good play. Unnecessarily jumping really kills the momentum and takes away from the possible yac. Just my take tho, and only from watching this highlight video.
