I thought Rosen was most like Eli (pry his ceiling) going into the draft in that he needs a good line and WR's in order to have any chance of success. I think that's the primary reason he refused to go to San Diego at the time of the draft. The Cardinals and Dolphins didn't get that memo. I swam in high school; and there always seemed to be one or two kids on JV who took almost 5 minutes to finish a 200-yard individual medley, and never mind their 500-yd freestyle times! You could tell that the officials during those meets were kind of like “come on, let’s just get this over with”. I imagine the refs in this game have a similar feeling.
