Only some minor tweeks and this is a no brainer ...end of half there have been opportunities for a bit more aggressive plays to score that I do not think have been properly managed and played a bit close to the vest......And I think this has also fed a bit inot the poor second half starts on offense that with the leads we take the foot off the gas a bit too much and would like to see them not play scared. I think he has done a terrific job of getting this team in a great team mindset and has them ready to play every week. McDermott's teams are those kind of teams that won't go away when you are playing them. You have to beat them soundly in most facets of the game.
