So for the entirety of the game, Bills players shouldn't have given the ball over after each play. That is likely about ~60 mistakes right there. Tug your tin foil hat a bit a bit more. The whistle blew and the clock had stopped though it seems many here and at least the Bungles coach missed that. If he starts running forward, any other Bungles that didn't hear the whistle or just feel like taking a cheap shot get their opportunity. That play, in the new NFL, always gets blown dead. And on Allen's fumble at the end of the 1st half, the Bungles were out of luck too regardless of whether the guy falling on the ball recovered it before going out of bounds. The side judge thought Allen still had the ball when he stepped out of bounds & blew the play dead before the Bungle grabbed it. Once the whistle blows the play is over.
