Similar to the grounding call, if you run backwards like that you put yourself in a terrible position to do anything. Same goes for a developing young QB. Sometimes the opposition deserves some credit. Awful ? Or just learning the ropes trying to protect against he best pass rushers the NFL has to offer? Every Offensive tackle in the NFL gets beat... Bingo....no one here is watching every block and match up that Ford or any offensive lineman is doing. They're watching the game as a whole. Yeah the whiffs and blows up are obvious things we see. I thought yesterday was the first game where the offensive line really struggled. They were real solid up to that point. The Ford truck needs some mileage put on it ScottLaw, to break it in. Singletary out of the lineup was very noticeable in the run game despite how well Gore played. It hurt the whole O IMO.
