Rudy said he did this over a month ago. It's not news. He was all over the news doing exactly that.

It is new because we have new information and we have a law breaking situation that seems related to just this sort of republic undermining activity.

The fun benefit of all this will be when we have a Democrat in the Oval Office after January 2021 and you guys try and smear him/her.

It will all be Fake News. Fake News forever!

Ooooh! Oooooh! Mr. Cotter, I got this one!

If what is being reported is true, it's because Trump is extorting and bribing a foreign nation to undermine our republic for his own selfish needs. That's serious corruption.

Rudy basically admitted much of it.

Really, you can't blame the left for all these made up nonsense attacks on Trump, they have to do something

to keep attention off the putrid mess of the democrat presidential nominees.

Trump says the whistleblower is 'highly partisan'

He doesn't even know who he is!

And the Inspector General is a "leftist" too?

Why don't you just think? You know, use your brain

It's already boomeranging as people put it together:

That's what the FISA investigation is all about: abusing power to investigate your political rivals in violation of the constitution. Trump didn't do any of that. So if the outrage is going to fly at Trump over this -- then get ready for what's about to hit DC in the form of Horowitz/Durham/Huber.

In the end this story accomplishes three things:

1) It shines a laser pointer on the Ukraine -- which is not what Nuland, Kerry, Clinton, Biden, or the McCain family want.

2) It energizes people on all sides to be outraged over political persecution/abuse of power

3) Exposes the media as hypocrites for the past three years of ignoring actual abuses of power and political persecutions.

Gonna be fun:)

No, it’s not boomeranging at all. Fantasy

WSJ reporting Trump offered no quid pro quo... (shocking) -- he asked them to look into Biden's son.

(This is going to be baaaad for Joe, not Trump)

Lol, nice spin, he pressured the president.

Hey, just have WH release the whistleblower allegation. Just release it! Stop breaking the law!

Trump's team seeking information from the Ukrainian government on Joe Biden and Hunter Biden isn't illegal.

Hillary Clinton did the same about Trump in 2016.

It may be ugly; it doesn't violate the law.

See, e.g., the analysis here:

Can it be a crime to do opposition research by asking foreigners for information?

Personally I don't think its ugly - it's just unnecessary. Trump should just chill out, negotiate with China, and let his

leftist campaign team do all the work for 2020.
