Can citizens ban together and petition their town, for the protection and safety of all the women who might be within a few hundred yards of said accused rapist, to not enter its town? Just a thought? Come on Orchard Park, your chance to make national news and become Bills Nation heroes? The police made an arrest based on a probable cause that an assault occurred. The AB case is very different. He is civilly being accused for incidents that happened a year or so prior. The facts of the case have not been determined.
