Some mornings before high school, a few of us would pile in the car for a morning buzz. We'd gather in someone's car (typically mine) have our booze and a few joints, and sit right across the street from the police station. We were on a side street and we'd typically find a spot just before the corner. Then we'd watch them! Brilliant! Well, dunno about that, but we were never caught.
