...last three years?....the destructionists are riding the crest of "progressives" who are regressives, wanting to wipe out the nation's history, whether good, bad or indifferent, bound solely by political correctness, and orchestrate the "US World Apology Tour" for being the world's superpower modeling capitalistic imperialism, a bully mentality if you will, LOWERING our standard to those of others....a "middle of the pack or less nation".....why should we?....forget the hundreds of thousands who made the ultimate sacrifice that helped us "climb the mountain"?....seriously?...

Victor Davis Hanson: In these upside-down times, patriotism is being redefined as removing a president before a constitutionally mandated election.

Trump’s policies have been more anti-Russian and pro-Ukrainian than those of the Obama administration. Trump armed the Ukrainians; Obama did not. Trump imposed new sanctions against Russia, used force against Russian mercenaries in Syria, beefed up NATO defenses, pulled the U.S. out of an asymmetrical missile treaty with Russia, and pumped more oil and gas to lower world prices — much to the chagrin of oil-exporting Russia.

In contrast, Obama was the architect of “reset” with Russia that reached its nadir in a hot mic exchange in which Obama offered a quid pro quo, vowing more flexibility on issues such as U.S.-sponsored missile defense in Eastern Europe in exchange for Russia giving Obama “space” to concentrate on his reelection.

Trump’s critics have also radically changed their spin on “coups.” To them, “coup” is no longer a dirty word trafficked in by right-wing conspiracists. Instead, it has been normalized as a possibly legitimate means of aborting the Trump presidency.

I eagerly await their response to talk of a “coup” against the next Democrat in the White House. But they don’t care about the damage they do. It’s rule or ruin. Because they’re horrible people, who in a healthy republic would be ostracized and marginalized and mocked by everyone.

.

I hereby state that I will support the immediate initiation of impeachment proceedings against the next Democratic president, even before they are inaugurated, because precedent is a goddamn thing.

The Democrats’ Terrible, Horrible, No Good,
Very Bad Week

by Adam Mill

Original Article

Democrats must be grateful that the Thanksgiving recess will bring to an end their horrible week. It’s not nice to laugh at other people’s misfortunes but this week has featured a smorgasbord of schadenfreude for those otherwise bored and irritated by the politics of the moment.

In fact, the rigged “Schiff Show” went so badly that observers have reason to doubt that the Democrats will actually pull the trigger on passing articles of impeachment. Here are a few highlights from Adam Mill’s blooper reel.

I have a novel approach to up that 41% to more than double that, and I'm not going to spend millions to do so:

1. Every child that doesn't meet grade standards will be required to stay after school and learn to read.

2. See above.

Bureaucracy bonanza? Warren’s plans would create plethora of new federal offices

By Tyler Olson | Fox News

Elizabeth Warren has a plan for that. And often, she's got a new federal agency for that, too.

A Fox News analysis of the Democratic presidential candidate's myriad and much-touted plans reveals that Warren's ambitious agenda of policy prescriptions would not only prompt sweeping change in everything from health care to clean energy, but would come with the creation of at least 20 new offices, bureaus, agencies, divisions or councils.

Some of these are entirely new; some would replace existing agencies, only on a bigger scale; and some would represent a relaunch of old agencies disbanded years ago. Taken together, what is proposed is a significant expansion in the size of the federal bureaucracy.

If elected president, Warren vows she'll oversee the establishment of new offices that would be responsible for educating members of Congress on technology, investigating ethics violations, ensuring the U.S. is trading with green countries and much, much more.

For instance, a new Secure Democracy Administration would have the power to take over the administration of federal elections from state governments that run afoul of certain standards. A White House Budgetary Office of Tribal Affairs would "track and advance" Native American-related spending.

From Warren's perspective, it's just more evidence of the detail-rich policy pitch that has defined her candidacy. But Republicans see more evidence of an over-reliance on big government -- and a political liability.

Here you go, @DC Tom -- as you predicted. The GOP is a hate group / threat to the republic:

The people that control the narratives, thought, discourse in this country---the fascists in Silicon Valley--- occassionally let their guard down and tell you they agree

"At some point, one side or the other must win — and win big. The side resisting change, usually the one most rooted in the past systems and incumbent interests, must be thoroughly defeated — not just for a political cycle or two, but for a generation or two. That gives the winning party or movement the time and space needed to really build up the next system without always fighting rear-guard actions and getting drawn backwards. The losing party or movement will need that same time to go through a fundamental rethink, a long-term renewal that eventually will enable them to play a new game."

So per that article, retweeted by the CEO of Twitter, the Republicans need to be thoroughly defeated and banished just like in California.  Where "real progress" is happening.

The irony of the statement:  "The side resisting change, the one most rooted in past systems and incumbent interests must thoroughly be defeated."

Hmmmmm......ok.  I AGREE!

The side that told us the following were going to bring real progress and change for the better, should absolutely go.  Here is what that side brought us:

Current state of public education

Medicare and Medicaid

Obamacare

Social Security

Did I miss anything?

Seems to me the people resisting change and clinging to the ideas of the past that they now say are broke (not socialist enough obviously) are the ones that should never have the reigns of power.

Why aren't people flocking to California for this utopia they've claimed to have created?  We used to.  Then the public sector unions got their tentacles into everything, ruined the State, and created a mass exodus.  That they restocked with mass illegal immigration.

Gary, Indiana has no population? Are those all vacant homes I see on Google Earth? Your argument is weak and your lies just won't work here. Your post is insulting but certainly shows how you got your screen name.

I am so sick of the people living in rural areas telling people who live in highly populated areas, who pay for this country, how it should run. Sorry but my money is paying for your army, your health care, your social security (which is socialism by the way), your pensions (which is also socialism), your unemployment insurance ( which is also socialism ), and also for giant corporations to subsidize the crazy campaigns that make you think I am anti American because I think Trump is an Ahole. I voted Republican before him. I can’t help it that I have a brain and see that he is pulling the moral fiber of this country apart with his BS. Trump was a democrat his whole life, never owned a gun, skipped the military, talked about those in the south like they were ######ed until right before he ran, and generally acted no different than a Clinton.... yet you love him? Sorry but its a cult.  He suddenly the model of a Republican and an American ??? SAAADD!!!  He is aligned with a our worst enemies, has wrecked our global allies, has trashed our moral fiber because he has none, and in general has made a mockery of the office.

The worst thing is 80% of us in this country agree on many things, but he plays up the divide because it suits him to keep everyone divided. That is what dictators do. That is what he is. He could care less about you. If 1 million middle class people died tomorrow, he would be back to mean tweeting the next week about something else because he is a self serving dictator.,

I like America. I just don’t like Trump. I think there are many more people outside of rural America that feel the way I do and I think it will show up at the voting booths in 2020 regardless of who runs against him.

Stop watching Fox News and start listening to people outside of your immediate circle of Friends and you may find the world isn’t the same as you think it is.  We will all find out in 2020 when he has Hannity hosting the Trump News Network trashing Fox News as Fake News.

Based on the first few sentences, I'm not sure that anyone would even need to ask your opinion of Trump to gauge your love of country. Snobby, elitism just oozes from you.

Not that snobby elitists can't love their country, some do, maybe even you. But they have a very hard time understanding it.

Proving my point. You don't understand what's happening... because you look down on your countrymen rather than understanding where they're coming from.

Quick -- who was the one who pushed a divisive lie that the election was illegitimate for 3 years because RUSSIA!?

Was that Trump? Or the media/DNC?

You talk about pushing division while you START your post with the first few sentences which do nothing but divide. You're embarrassing yourself now. But it's fun to watch.

None of us here care about Trump. We care about the rule of law, equal justice, and preserving the republic.

The ones who care most about Trump are the NPCs like you who can't see anything without looking through the lens of "ORANGE MAN BAD!"

No one is asking you to like Trump.

But you're wrong. He's going to win in a walk in 2020. You'll have extra fun with it, from the sound of it.
