I went to the window 1st, the teller didn't know about futures, then her supervisor told me to check the kiosk, the kiosk guide knew where to get to the futures & I bet it there. Also since the odds for the Bills are around 80/1 to 100/1 from what I've seen online, if you're betting enough to bring the potential winnings to over $10,000 I'd advise breaking them into smaller tickets since on the back of my tickets it says you need ID if the payment is over $10,000.
