I watch. It's not 1/3rd of the game. Closer to 1/10th when it comes to meaningful plays. And those meaningful plays are most dependent on the kicker and punter, not the rest of the 11. I thought that too (re Bates), but I think his positional flexibility and performance in preseason makes him a risky stash.
