Miller, Groy, and Mills on the OL were free agents.

Last year, the fans were begging the team to release 3 more guys to get comp picks.

Beane is the type of GM that signs several players to fill a single spot. I doubt we will ever see a 3rd compensatory pick while he's in charge.

None of the three listed were signed prior to the May 10th deadline for free agents to count as "Compensatory Free Agents." If they had been signed, they were such low level free agents they likely would not have received compensation for them.

Also, released players don't count as "Compensatory Free Agents."

He's had two off-seasons, we don't really have enough info for either one of us to be right...

...but both years he's signed a LOT of free agents, the net gain/loss count wasn't even close to be considered in the compensatory pick formula at all.

You should learn about Compensatory picks before you talk...

Then tell us what you know.

You're not contributing anything useful in this post. Nothing I've said is wrong (as far as I know), so enlighten us with your vast knowledge. At the very least tell us what you don't agree with...

All three were Bills Free Agents this year... and...

Miller counts towards the formula, He was signed by the Bengals in March... but it doesn't matter because Beane signed a lot of FA players, so the Bills will get squat in 2020 Comp picks. Your link shows the Bills signed 10 CFA's and lost 1CFA (Miller)....

Do people seriously believe that that Bills would get a 3rd compensatory pick (in 2021) if we traded for, then let Clowney go at the end of the year?
