Then to drag his name through the whole trafficking mud when his circumstance had nothing to do with trafficking was an attempt to make the story a lot bigger than it was. No idea why anyone would be happy, because someone gets away with a crime, because they have high priced lawyers. Guess it didn't take high priced defense lawyers for the court to realize he the cops and the DA completely botched this entire operation. Ditto the traffic stop. It's been tossed for reasons described in the other thread 6 weeks ago. Anyone who didn't know this was going to happen was not paying attention.
