The Poojer Posted May 13, 2019 Share Posted May 13, 2019 Father Paul Dugan passed away this weekend. He was a first cousin twice removed(my grandmother's first cousin). Such a good guy. They named a dorm after him on the Canisius campus. When I think of Father Dugan,first think that comes to my mind was his "gift to gab".Much like Dick Gallagher,he could own a charity event.
