Hard worker, locker room leader and gets the job done. He can only catch the balls thrown his way and he caught 77% of them the past 2 seasons. That's productive. A 34 yo TE can't be in his prime? Tony Gonzalez, Jason Witten, Antonio Gates.....they would disagree with you. Again his last season was 400 yards and 2 TD's (that would be like saying Shady has 1,652 yards the past 2 seasons or 2,919 yards the past 3 seasons) and he's on the back-end of 38 years old.
