Shorter seasons.  Plus, he (Lynch) was neutered by a stupid coaching staff.

okay, well.... to me, that gives even more ammunition to Cookies case. not only did he gain more yards and almost twice as many touchdowns, he did it when there were 2 less games per season. total games: Marshawn - 52 Gilchrist - 42.

I think Fred is deserving.  I just think Lynch is, too.  And I do not think Ghilcrest is worthy.

Your wrong, Cookie is more deserving the Lynch or Fred; seen all three play in person!

I'm sorry.  But Cookie was a Bills legend like Kiko Alonso was a Bills legend.  He was here for three years.  No way in hell he should be on that wall.

Your wrong!

Did you ever see him play?

I'd rather not turn this into an OJ thread.  It's my fault for bringing him up; but I'm dropping him as a subject.  Hope you understand, Chris.

Okay, hear me out.

Marshawn Lynch played 3.25 years with the Bills.  He amassed 2765 rushing yards and had 17 TDs.  Averaged 64.1 yards/game.  Mind you ... he inexplicably had the ball taken away from him during his last full year there.

Cookie Gilchrest played 3 years with the Bills.  He amassed 3056 yards and had 31 TDs.  Averaged 74.1 yards/game.

I have always been a big Lynch fan and feel that he was rushed out of town for no good reason.  Had he stayed in Buffalo, he would have been one of the most prolific RBs in Bills history.

I think he's got a spot on the wall.

Because of that line, although I would not have normally read on, I fully support your idea. Had you not put that lead in I would have thought you were insane. but @Gugny you my friend, are a genius!!

OJ does not compare to Cookie as an all around NFL player!

Won with Cookie; try to research your post! Next to Jim Brown the next greatest running back in that era!

You're out of your mind, if you're actually trying to be serious.

I don’t mean OJ, did you ever see Gilchrist play?
