Who had the most accurate mock drafts the last few years?

Recommended Posts

I looked a little online but cannot find any mock draft evaluations from last year or the year before.  Looking for first round, but any other rounds in addition.

I just want to know whose picks were closest to the actual picks.

I assume mock drafts are mostly inaccurate, but want to know which were the closest.

The guy that came out with 32 completely different mock drafts can always say he was right.

Actually, he'd have to do thousands to be sure to get one that is perfect.

Matt Millen https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2810100-2019-nfl-draft-big-board-matt-millers-latest-rankings#slide1

has the following list.  We pick #9 and #41. The first 3 picks in his list will not make it to #9. I have in red what my targets would be. The top two QBs are in green and might take up spots before our #9 pick.    So 3 gray (gone), two green (QB gone) = 5 gone.  One of the red should make it to #9.

Mock drafts are fun, but nobody is remotely close to accurate anymore.

One trade at the top completely destroys everything after.

And the last few years, pretty much every draft has seen multiple trades within the Top 10.

The NFL GMs at the end of the 1st round.

Sarcasm aside, a ton of mock drafts had the Bills trading up for Josh Allen, but they all had the trade before pick 7.

To be fair I think they were planning on trading up higher with Denver but the Browns threw a wrench in it and Denver had someone they really wanted available when it got to them.
