And it just underlines the point I've made with several people while discussing the merits of the obstruction case: every one of the "potential" obstruction examples listed in the report are untested and unproven. If they had a strong case, would they have to invent issues like this? Further more, this revelation throws into question the entire framing of the evidence and testimony included in the report. The degenerative nature of TDS will not allow this to sink in though to the usual crowd around these parts.
