Rob Johnson is one of the greatest practice QB's of all time. Peterman over AJ was a huge miscalculation but it ultimately doesn't matter if Allen pans out. We would have almost certainly lost to Baltimore with ANY of the QB's on the roster, traded, or cut. Way too much focus on that one game.
