It’s dropped. He was considered a top three pick (if not first overall) in the college preseason. Now?  Not so much.

BTW, I showed you proof that people are saying he’s high maintenance.  Still waiting on your 5 saying he’s not...

Here's a few...

Just don’t see us going linebacker with Milano and Edmunds in the fold. Has to be DT.

I could see them drafting White and moving Edmunds to OLB where they could use his height and speed in more blitz situations.  That could help both pass rush and run D with one pick.

For each their own man. But I'll depart by saying this....top competition, 53 TFL, a knee sprain, and one fit on the sideline in a game that he wasn't even dressed for. Was once considered a top 5 pick, bigger than Aaron Donald, and a nasty disposition to go with all of that. We'd be lucky to have him

Bigger is not always better. (See also Marcel Dareus)

Trade for Kuechly and Mccaffrey

Ed Oliver

Josh Allen

Jonah Williams

Noah Fant

Quinnen Williams

Jawaan Taylor

Greg Little

Why would you put this trade in there? I would love  Maccaffrey with J Allen, but why would you think this is a possibility. He was IMO the most versatile player in the NFL last year. No way he is available

Then why has he fallen so far in many people’s eyes?  That doesn’t just happen. Like I said, too many of you are still buying the hype when he considered a top 5 pick. He’s not anymore. That should tell you something. Too many flags there for me to ignore.

Oliver has been a college prima donna for a long time. He'll take his big fat stacks of cash and underperform.

Maybe you did not read.....you put them in your top 9, why do you think they belong in your  top 9?  I did not ask why draft them at 9 which is your disclaimer.

I'm saying we should trade down for Fant and Brown buddy. I think you missed that part but I understand why you'd be upset if I suggested we take them at 9.

Because almost any player is available in todays NFL... Panthers are tight with us so we would have the best chance.

DISCLAIMER: Not all of these players would be wise to take at 9. At 7 you will start to see a drop off in talent in which case I would desire to trade down if necessary.

1.) Nick Bosa

2.) Quinnen William's

3.) Josh Allen

4.) Ed Oliver

5.) Devin White

6.) Jawaan Taylor

7.) Noah Fant

8.) Marquise Brown

9.) Greg Little

I got Little with 2nd rd grade.

Kid?  Hahah. Hilarious. I ever said he was rated higher than Oliver. I just think McD goes with the process guy over the guy with maintenance issues. Like it or not (I’m assuming not), Beane loves character, which Wilkins has in spades. That’s a big deal.

Every GM says they value character, but most don't always walk that talk. Beane was ready to trade for Antonio Brown.  He's about as big of a character problem as you can find in the NFL.

Over analysis, plain and simple. When you give scouts multiple years of a guy being hyped as a top pick they'll eventually find something to complain about. There's at least one prospect this happens to every year

I have a feeling that one of the top 5 will drop to us. I am really hoping there is a run on QBs in the top 10. 3 QBs in the top 10 would be awesome.

7 QBs and a punter would be fine as well
