MJS
We got a draft pick for basically nothing. Great move by Beane.

I guess we just blocked out that Baltimore game? but Gruden was a disaster last year. Going to look even worse when EJ replaces Mahomes and wins the Super Bowl. And anyone who says 5th round picks don't matter should go watch some Matt Milano highlights. Except of course for the fact that he signed McCarron to begin with. The QB situation going into last season exclusive of drafting Allen was idiotic.
Albany,n.y.
No surprise. He had a $3 million bonus due tomorrow & another $1.1 in guarantees that kicked in on 3/17, and a total salary after bonuses of $5 million for 2019. He was always going to be a 1 year rental for whatever team he was on in 2018. Amazing that Beane got a 3rd from Cleveland for a year of Tyrod & a 5th from Oakland for a year of McCarron. Report: Raiders cut QB AJ McCarron who they traded a fifth round pick for six months ago Just six months ago the Raiders traded a 5th round pick to acquire him from the Bills prior to last season, sending them the pick they got from the Steelers for Ryan Switzer. Now the Bills will pick at that spot and the Raiders have essentially nothing to show for it.
