But seriously leftists when is it time to set aside your Trump rage and instead focus it on the politicians and media who repeatedly give you false hope?

Here’s the filing. Can you please enlighten us about what you disagree with in it:

Oh snap.

Huge L for her.

years and millions spent on going after him for what started as a tax avoidance scheme.

Is now just a civil case about over inflating his assets.

So if he over inflated his assets, he paid to much tax?

Will NYS now give him a tax refund for the difference if its found true?

IT started as a criminal investigation into not paying enough taxes. ended up being a civil case about over inflated assets.

oh, and its CIVIL cause their is no evidence for a criminal case.

like she was lying this entire time or something.

Back in the old days, crap like this gets one disbarred.

It’s been referred to criminally to DOJ and IRS though……

NY said no to a Trump settlement offer:

“She also noted that prior to Wednesday's announcement, her office had rejected a settlement offer from Trump and his organization.“

Also pointing out he’s guilty since per Trump only guilty people use the 5th:

During the press conference, James noted that when testifying under oath during the investigation, Trump repeatedly invoked his 5thamendment rights to avoid testifying.

the funny part is the fact its a civil vs criminal case proves their is NO evidence of guilt

No one is found guilty or innocent in civil court.

welp. if they are as openly biased as her maybe they can find something to charge him with.

I think its cool when the state goes after ones political opposition.

Great thing they took all the evidence and made the criminal referral to DOJ and IRS then.

um. if their was evidence she would be filing a criminal case.

reads more like the usual conspiracies from blue checks and the MSNBC.

Or DOJ and IRS have a better jurisdiction for the criminal conduct and the civil relief she seeks is enough to protect NY interests.

What in the complaint do you think is false? Please share the paragraph numbers for easier reference.

The AG stated this investigation was started due to Cohens testimony of the wrong doing, if someone testifies before Congress under oath of violations, shouldn’t the government investigate it?
