I'm not in love with Metcalf or anything but I think he'd be a good pick at 9 if we stay put. I think there are a few that may be available at 9 that's worthy. Oliver, White,Taylor,Dilliard, Byron Murphy. And if a crazy run on QB's happens( might happen) Josh Allen. I'm so ready for this draft! They are trying to see if the combine stuff matches what they have on film so they can apply a final grade. If it doesn’t and for example a guy runs slower or faster than expected, they have to go back the film. It may or may not change their grade on him. But the combine doesn’t create a guy’s grade, it more or less confirms or clouds what they already have. Best athlete does not equal best football player so the film is always the deciding factor. Super fast athletic freaks are great but at the end of the day a WR have to be able to get separation, run routes, and catch the ball. There are no cones on a football field. Great speed and size, no doubt, but I think Campbell will have the better career . Oh, and Isabella for sure if we can pick up an extra pick or two I’d trade down, grab Bradbury late first and Campbell and Damien Harris in the 2nd. He was a lock to be a top 3 pick and I now I see mocks where he isn't even taken in the top half of the 1st round. What changed? His size? On tape he still looks like an elite pass rusher to me.
