This has already occurred and will be ongoing 2. legal- florida misdemeanor- probably just a fine and maybe something like paying for or establishing an outreach program educating about or fighting against human trafficking 3. NFL- this is the interesting one if Kraft has the support of the other owners- $1 million fine and one year suspension. This will make it look like the NFL is serious, but won't really cost anyone anything if the owners think Kraft is a jerk- he'll have to sell the team. This accomplishes 3 things. The other owners won't have to deal with him anymore, it will make it look like the NFL is really serious about this, and most importantly, a forced sale of this franchise will result in a HUGE purchase price which in turn will instantly (on paper at least) increase the value of every other owners team.
