Tis a Fearful Thing

Recommended Posts

‘Tis a fearful thing
to love what death can touch.
A fearful thing
to love, to hope, to dream, to be –
to be,
And oh, to lose.
A thing for fools, this,
And a holy thing,
a holy thing
to love.
For your life has lived in me,
your laugh once lifted me,
your word was gift to me.
To remember this brings painful joy.
‘Tis a human thing, love,
a holy thing, to love
what death has touched.

There was once a man who thought so highly of himself he shared his every thought.

He whined and he whimpered everything he was ever taught.

The man was too foolish to see that all he ever knew was *****

But here he was, posting more of it.

There once was a man from Venus

There once was a man from Venus

Who flew to earth because he'd seen us

In search of a better life he took sail

With so many light years to go, he could not fail

Because things needed to be found

As he traveled through space without a sound

Maybe he will come back, who can tell

But now that he's on here on Earth, he knows it's hell

He spoke to one lifeform he chose, one of human kind

He quickly learned that life on Earth had never evolved, just a beginnersmind.

There once was a hooker from Clue

Who lined her v agina with glue

She said with a grin

If they pay to get in

They’ll pay to get out of it too.

Just now, /dev/null said:

You should be quiet

Nobody cares what you say

Canadian clowns

"You should be quiet," he set forth upon the man

Not realizing the mistake of asking for such a plan.

We all know that nobody cares,

But self virtue is all that the man shares.

Canadian or not, he is a clown

Let his voice fail, let it drown.

Is there anything that Boyst won't hit?

In the pink or in the *****?

Faux poetry is

The hobgoblin of little

Canadian minds

I's the b'y that builds the boat
And I's the b'y that sails her
I's the b'y that catches the fish

And brings them home to Lizer

Hip yer partner, Sally Tibbo
Hip yer partner, Sally Brown

Fogo, Twillingate, Moreton's Harbour

All around the circle!
