basically....

Bears ripped through the playoffs without breaking a sweat.

all due respect but, this is nonsense. Tyson was in the GOAT conversation until Buster Douglas came along.

The Bears doing it and winning was a heck of a lot less laughable and sad than the Bengals.

Lots of people hated that Bears team, I never got it, i liked their attitude and a great D was the hallmark of 4-5 teams in those years that the NFC made a total mockery of the AFC

Seems like many people already have the Colts beating the Chiefs. Better go to Vegas or your local bookie and get that free 2/1 on Indy. 5K to net 15k!

And countless other marriages (and TBD screen identities) fall by the wayside...😁

“We didn’t lose that bad” banner

i think we are much cooler than that. I do think we are getting a little to easy on who is the wall of Fame.  I can’t believe Lee Smith made it!

I can believe you believe it.

Yes, ‘GOAT’ as in their Super Bowl Shuffle video is baaaaaaaaaaaaad.  And I don’t mean the ‘good bad’.

Im thinking this team will go to the Superbowl....i think they are the dark horse in the AFC for sure.....but when i think about it as long as they take out the patsies at some point i will be over the moon (moreso than the chargers or kc)!

Of course it was horrendous, but don’t do one unless you are gonna win it all.

The next season was possibly a better team but McMahon was taken out with a major cheap shot and Flutie proved he wasn’t playoff material in the NFL at the helm.

Wow Im surprised how many people in here are totally clueless about what 1-0 means within that organization. It has ZERO to do with a win over the Texans....smh.

I don't even know how much of a dark horse pick that is at this point..they seem to be a very trendy Super Bowl pick right now.

Well then perhaps you should enlighten us, instead of shaking your head.

Well i just thought with KC with pretty much everyone is going ga ga over and the patsies who "cant do no wrong at this time in the playoffs".....Im actually thinking the pats may overcome LA but hope to lose against Indi....I think Indi will have a better shot at taking out the pats than actually KC.....

Yeah I think the everyday simpletons are just going with the Chiefs because of what they see on paper but from most people that actually watch the games I hear a lot of people going with Indy/Chargers....I'm good with either.  Just anybody besides the friggen Pats!!!

"Back in October, when the Colts were 1-5 and looking every bit like the rebuilding team they were predicted to be, Reich's calm message stayed the same. "Let's go 1-0 this week." Corny coachspeak, perhaps, but it caught on. The players liked it. And more important, they did it. Over and over again."

Naah. The average Joe's are taking the Colts. They may be right. They may be wrong. But I work in a sportsbook and can tell you firsthand most people are taking the Colts.

Who had the colts 32 in the power rankings this year? lol. That’s just dumb whoever predicted that

The world wide leader in sports apparently.

32. Indianapolis Colts

2017 record: 4-12
Post-free-agency ranking: 31rd-arrow.png

The Colts have had a lackluster rushing attack for a few years now, and after allowing a league-high 56 sacks last season, it makes sense that the offensive line would be a priority (especially with the return of QB Andrew Luck). The Colts used two of the top 37 picks on offensive linemen, making them just the third team in the past 20 years to take two O-linemen that high.

I mean that supports my original statement that the Colts are not a dark horse pick at this point.  They have become one of the favorites to come out of the AFC.
