I will land at 11:15 AM on game day with no luggage. I am planning to take Uber/taxi to the stadium which appears to be around 30 mins based on google maps. You should be OK,, since you are not parking anywhere. Your tailgate experience will be limited to walking to the stadium from your drop off point and catching people as they are heading into the stadium.
