The Patriots have been to 8 Super Bowls in 16 years, we have a rookie QB going up against one of the greatest coaches in the history of all organized sports and he eats rookie QBs for lunch. No rookie QB on the planet will beat a Bill Belichick coached team and if they do they should buy a powerball ticket. Good news is we have a promising QB, a potential franchise guy. We got a good young nuclei to build around, 10 draft picks and 90 million. Look deeper than stats, there's more to it than that. Once we build an actual team around Allen you all will get the 4,000yds and 28 TDS you desire but for now it's about growth. This entire season was about Josh Allen, developing our young guys and pretty much getting a feel for our personnel. This entire season was nothing more than an audition. Playoffs in 2019. Progress! It would have been hard to fathom going from being dominated by the Pats for 15 years to hiring a coach in Sean McDermott who the Pats don't even get up to play against and STILL blow his f*cking team out every single time.
