Marrone's 2nd year and last year our Special Teams were pretty good. Both years where we had 6 or 7 roster spots (aside from the 3 specialists) designated to ST players. The pattern with Crossman is if you give him a lot of specialist STers he produces decent special teams. But when the team is using those spots at the bottom of the roster to churn and try and find players who can contribute on O or D (as we are this year) then the STs suck as a result.
