I think part of the problem is they need better views of what's going on, and maybe more officials. I'd like to see two umpires, each about 5 yards offset from the center of the field. They have those lifts that drive up and down the field behind each teams bench with a camera. I'd put an official up there about 20 feet in the air on each side along the line of scrimmage.
