This is also ignoring the multiple bad years he had on the Ravens. Crossman has had plenty of time with plenty of players over multiple seasons. You realize he's been here since Doug Marrone, right? Niagara Dude Posted December 9, 2018 Share Posted December 9, 2018 As the story goes Marrone hired his good friend Crossman after he was about to fired by Detroit Lions for having one of worst special teams in the NFL. His first season here everyone called for his head as the Bills were very bad and Marrone made excuses that we did not have enough players just for special teams.
