Both Kareem's male friend and the woman appear dazed -- but Kareem makes his way over to the female and kicks her while she's crouching on the ground ... knocking her over. I think there will be serious consequences. Video is so much worse than reading about it, and that's bad enough. It's more of a Ray Rice comparison than say a Chad kelly deal..
