I think he's going to be here a long time. It was a lot of luck but to have the team in that position was unexpected. That would be my counter-argument to those who say he is in over his head. Yes, he has ***** up the QB position with loyalty to Nate, who clearly is not an NFL talent, but I question whether the Bills would have won those games anyway. This year he had no choice the second time he started Nate. He also is not the most skilled clock manager yet. Loyalty retains value, and other nice things factor into these matters.
