The speed element from Foster and McKenzie, along with Teller at LG, and Barkley at QB made a difference. Until now he has been a solid bust. 99% of the folks on this board did not want him cut and 99% thought it was too soon to declare his career a bust. Some of us listed him as a surprise cut and with the off-season craziness that was plausible even though unlikely thus the word surprising. Now let's hope he continues to play well. He doesn't and will never have elite speed or even quickness. To me it's hard to say giving the QB and OL situations. Yes he had some games where he had crucial drops as a rookie. Outside of that however, we really couldn't grade his rookie season because of the QB play. He was also playing through an injury the entire time. This season I'd argue the same thing, it's tough to gauge WR play when the QB play is not where it needs to be. Well except for when you do the opposite of what you are paid to do, ie, see Kelvin Benjamin. His play is easy to grade.
